The final piece of the 5 Bridges training is to customize your Wellness M.A.P. and create your custom life strategy. Every lesson, activity and workshop has prepared you for this important final step. If you want to live the life of your dreams, you'll need a plan that's specific to you!
As you complete your Wellness M.A.P., it will become the go-to reference guide for your wellness journey. Think of this as a living document that will evolve with you.
This process may help with:
Creating a crisis protocol
Establishing or changing medical care
Getting adequate nutrition and hydration
Setting goals for physical activity
Lowering your resting heart rate
Improving your sleep and overall rest
Giving back to your community

WHEN SHOULD I COMPLETE THE M.A.P.?
You can either fill out the M.A.P. as you complete each module of your 5 Bridges Training or once your full training is completed– it's totally up to you!
HOW DO I ACCESS THE WELLNESS M.A.P.?
Program Participants: Login to the online training portal and navigate to the NEXT section at end of the course or contact your 5B Coach to learn more. Agency Partners/Coaches: This resource is located in the Materials folder of your shared drive portal. Future Partners: Please book a Discovery Call to receive a sample of our curriculum and explore ways we can support your staff and community through the 5 Bridges.
DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER TO GET THE M.A.P.?
Yes. This resources is meant to be used along with the 5 Bridges curriculum. You can become a member in two ways: 1. Through one of our Agency Partners who can provide you with no-cost access to the program
