As you complete your Wellness M.A.P., it will become the go-to reference guide for your wellness journey. Think of this as a living document that will evolve with you.


This process may help with:

  • Creating a crisis protocol

  • Establishing or changing medical care

  • Getting adequate nutrition and hydration

  • Setting goals for physical activity

  • Lowering your resting heart rate

  • Improving your sleep and overall rest

  • Giving back to your community
