5 Bridges is currently being used for youth programs, employee wellness, mental health clinic patients, substance use rehab, post-incarceration support, law enforcement and first responders, suicide and substance use prevention, community education, paired with crisis intervention programs, and for anyone who could use support in their wellness journey!

From the moment you complete the Facilitator Application, you've got our support. We work to understand your needs and that of your clients to customize the experience for you. Our Facilitator Training is an immersive experience guided by experts and supported by your fellow Coaches. Once complete you'll have full access to the Facilitator Portal & Facilitator Group with everything you need to succeed as a Facilitator. Watch the Facilitator Experience video to see for yourself!

Facilitator Certification is a hybrid in-person or virtual immersive experience. Along with your peers, you'll have the opportunity to workshop the 5 Bridges curriculum through presentations and coaching in a positive and supportive environment.

Once registered, you'll receive access to your Facilitator Certification dashboard which will outline each step of your journey to becoming a 5 Bridges Facilitator. You'll be guided through a series of steps to help you prepare for the 2-day live training. Prior to the live portion of the training, you'll have the opportunity to complete the 5 Bridges Wellness Roadmap course and watch our visual aids and engagement techniques training modules.

The live training is conducted by one or more of our Facilitator Trainers in a hybrid setting. Depending on your needs and preferences you'll be able to participate either in-person or virtually via Zoom. With both approaches, you'll learn:

Day 1 is focused on presenting. You'll learn 7 visual aids that help make your presentations more impactful. After presenting your own module, you'll receive feedback to help you grows as a presenter.

Day 2 is all about coaching and engagement techniques. Through motivational interviewing, you'll discover how to understand the needs and wants of program participants and help them create their own wellness action plan.

Facilitator Certification sessions are limited to 12 participants at a time to ensure that each participant receives adequate time and opportunity to workshop the program. we use a combination of visual aids, motivational interviewing and engagement techniques to accommodate all learning styles. At the end of training, you'll receive a certificate of completion, access to the online portal with full materials access and continuing education credits for hours invested.
